This Privacy Policy governs the collection and processing by NUTRISOLUTION.FR of personal data (hereinafter 'Personal Data') from users of all our websites (hereinafter 'Users' and the 'Site').

2. PURPOSES
The Personal Data communicated by the User to NUTRISOLUTION.FR is subject to computer processing and is stored and used by NUTRISOLUTION.FR for the following purposes:

5. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The User's Personal Data may be communicated to third-party subcontractors of NUTRISOLUTION.FR to ensure access to, use, and operation of the Site and its services.
In particular, NUTRISOLUTION.FR uses service providers in the field of payment methods and payment security, such as PayPlug, Stripe, and Paypal.
NUTRISOLUTION.FR also uses email routing providers, such as Klaviyo, who may analyse the collected and anonymised Personal Data to optimise the emails sent on behalf of NUTRISOLUTION.FR.
The User's Personal Data is not communicated or transferred to third parties for commercial or promotional purposes.

7. RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA
NUTRISOLUTION.FR will only retain the User's Personal Data for a limited period, determined according to the nature of the data in question and the processing concerned.
On this basis, the User's Personal Data will be retained for the following periods:
● Customer identification data: duration of the commercial relationship, followed by archiving for evidential and accounting purposes for the applicable legal period;
● Prospect data: 12 months from the last activity on the site, or from the last e-mail or newsletter sent.
Once these periods have elapsed, certain of the Personal Data in question may be subject to an archiving procedure for accounting management and dispute or requisition management purposes, for a period not exceeding the legal limitations in these matters.
8. USER'S RIGHTS

For processing based on the collection of the User's consent, the User also has the right to withdraw their consent at any time.
The User is advised that the exercise of these rights does not affect the validity of processing operations carried out previously, nor the right of NUTRISOLUTION.FR to archive certain of the Personal Data in question, in accordance with the principles set out above.
Such requests must be submitted by the User personally and in writing, signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing the holder's signature. This information will only be processed for the purposes of identifying the User and will not be retained for longer than necessary to process the response. The request must specify the e-mail or postal address to which any response should be sent. NUTRISOLUTION.FR will have a period of one (1) month to respond following receipt of the request.

This Privacy Policy was last updated on 19 January 2026.
It may be modified by NUTRISOLUTION.FR at any time.
In the event of an amendment to the Privacy Policy, the new version in force will be applicable to the User from the time of their connection to the Site.
In the event of a dispute between the User and NUTRISOLUTION.FR, the Privacy Policy to be taken into account will be the one in force at the time of the facts giving rise to the dispute.
