That is why we offer you a 180-day 'satisfied or refunded' guarantee.

How does it work?

If at any time within 180 days following delivery of your purchase you change your mind about your order, follow these three steps.

Step 1 - Submit your request

Visit our AfterShip portal: https://nutrisolution.aftership.com/returns (You can change the language at the top right of the page.)

On the portal:

  • Enter your order number and the email address used at the time of your purchase. The order number is in your order confirmation email and starts with C (e.g., C123456-78-99T-123) or FR (e.g., FR12345).
  • Select the product(s) to return, indicate the quantity, then specify the reason for the return.
  • Choose your refund method. A full refund is always offered. Depending on your situation, you may also opt for a replacement order or a store credit (more information at the bottom of the page).

Upon submission, you will immediately receive an email confirming the receipt of your request.

Step 2 - Receive your return label

Our team reviews your request within 2 to 3 working days. Once validated, you will receive an email containing your return label and shipping instructions.

Step 3 - Send your parcel and receive your refund

Send your parcel using the label provided, following the shipping instructions received by e-mail.

Upon receipt at our warehouse, allow up to 5 working days for processing your refund.

Return conditions

  • Return shipping costs, delivery costs, taxes and any customs duties remain your responsibility.
  • In the case of a partial return (when you only return some of the boxes ordered), the refund will be for the number of boxes you have returned to us. We cannot refund boxes that we have not received. However, all returned boxes will be refunded, including those partially or completely empty.
  • Our Satisfied or Refunded guarantee cannot apply in the event of abuse (refund request for an Order of several completely emptied boxes, multiple refund requests, etc.).

Refund options

A full refund to your original payment method is always offered. Depending on your situation, we can also offer you one of the following alternatives.

1. Order replacement

If your product is damaged, defective or not as described, you can request a free replacement of the affected items, after your case has been validated.

2. Shop credit (150%)

You receive 150% of the value of your order in shop credit, which equals +50% extra.

Example: €100 order = €150 shop credit

The advantages of shop credit :

  • You receive 50% extra value offered
  • You can order immediately without waiting for a bank refund
  • Usable multiple times across the entire shop
  • Usable alongside our promo codes and promotions
  • Ideal for trying new products or giving as a gift

Shop credit conditions :

  • No expiry date.
  • The balance remains available after each purchase and can be used across multiple orders.
  • If your order amount exceeds your shop credit balance, the difference can be paid with another payment method.
  • If an item paid with shop credit is returned, the amount is re-credited to your shop credit.
  • If you lose or forget your shop credit code, our customer service can resend it to you at any time. Your balance remains unchanged.
  • Note: Choosing shop credit does not exempt you from returning products if a return is requested. Standard return procedures apply.
