The response from the support team was excellent regarding import duties. This was resolved promptly.

Was ripped off when charged for supposedly free bottles when asked for the refund they would only refund half if I sent back the free bottles so no benefit in doing so.
Been taking product but not seen for a month, not seen any real benefit so far.
My advice find an alternative product and a different company because customer service here is crap.

I haven't noticed any difference in my journey to a healthier life.

I purchased some products off your firm, I realised on receipt that they were not suitable for me. I emailed your office at least 3 times asking for details on the returns procedure . All I received was a standard email saying that everyone was busy and that it would take 48 - 72 hours to get back to me. 3 weeks on still nothing. Eventually, in desperation , I sent the products back to the Paris office with a letter explaining the situation. Again, absolutely zero correspondence from your firm. You now have my money and the products I bought in your hands.
I would be very happy and extremely surprised if this email corrected my present situation.

I’ve only used the product for a short time (about 3 weeks) so too early to really comment, but nothing good or bad so far. I did contact customer service with a query about their food menu choices in addition to taking the product. The menu provided seemed to heavily biased around fish (which unfortunately I’m not a great lover of) I was hoping to see if an alternative menu choice utilising more meat could be suggested however, customer service said that was not possible and no alternative could be made available, so a little disappointed as customer to say the least and I now hope that my own menu choice’s utilising alternatives will do……..so let’s see what happens without the support I was hoping for……not great I’m afraid!

I ordered 6 bottles of standard tablets and 3 bottles of the same at the same reduced price with 3 for free; The extra should have been £75 so how come it was £174??

I've been using Regener 8 for about a month now. I can’t attest its effectiveness regarding weight loss because being in a period of training and exams, I am currently experiencing a lot of stress and this certainly blocks my entire organism. I probably should have started at another time. Moreover, I currently do little physical exercise, which does not help. I haven’t changed my diet but apart from some occasional snacking, my diet is generally healthy and varied.
On the positive side, with these studies, I rarely have enough hours of sleep and since I have been taking Regener 8, I am waking up a lot better in the morning and really less tired. I feel very quickly alert and in shape to start the day. Moreover, I experience less fatigue during the day and can study for long hours.
